Meet Paul!

Paul, Business developement

When it comes to career experience, Paul’s been around the block a few times, with stints mostly connected to the wonderful world of sales. Prudential, eBay, Gumtree, Groupon and many more – they all had the chance to get to know Paul’s profound skills when it comes to business development. Fun facts: not only was he the first salesperson Groupon employed, but he also appeared on Kiev’s TV station in front of 2 million people! In any case, Paul still enjoys the most when he speaks to our potential customers and closes deals – we get how the buzz of making money for Klevio can be addictive. Besides, Paul is fitting in with the rest of the London team just perfectly – he is addicted to football like the majority of Kleviators.

We asked him: What door would you open if you could open any door in the world?

He replied: The door that cures Cancer.

Meet Celik!

Celik, Head of finance

If sometimes the endless code our developers produce seems like science fiction then wait until you hear what Celik does day-to-day. He loves analysing, providing insights and enjoys getting lost in all of the bookkeeping, reconciliation, payment scheduling, aged receivables reports, cash forecasting and financial modelling he does for Klevio. To get all the numbers straight really is a work of art and Celik can handle it thanks to all of his achievements and experiences – he graduated with distinction and he worked in financial services as well as in sales (all to achieve a greater understanding of businesses). Now he offers financial consulting services to start-ups and we’re extremely lucky to be one of the companies Celik works with.

He spends his free time mostly outdoors – he says he could never be a couch potato. He tried. He failed.

We asked him: What door would you open if you could open any door in the world?

He replied: I would open my apartment door so I could go outside.

Meet Luca!

Luca, Growth marketer

An MS degree in Information Systems and entrepreneurial spirit in his blood has helped equip Luca with the perfect attitude for the challenging world of growth-hacking work he does at Klevio. Day-to-day his role at Klevio revolves around finding the right hacks that balance the hardware and software aspects of our product – and you’ll never see him move faster than when a new way of finding customers arises.

When he’s not at work, Luca’s hobbies include online chess playing and crossfit training – the latter came quite handy when we recently moved offices in London and Luca achieved the title of ‘The guy who lifts heavy boxes on his first week at Klevio’.

We asked him, which door would he choose, if he could open any door in the world.

He says: Platform 9 ¾.

Meet Arrthik!

Arrthik, Sales development representative

With a background working for several tech companies with SaaS platforms and cybersecurity companies, Arrthik’s no stranger to techie idiosyncrasies – which is certainly a useful attribute at Klevio. Day to day, his focus is on prospecting, generating leads, closing for the initial meeting of if we put it differently – charming people into realizing Klevio holds keys to all of their answers (pun intended!). We don’t quite know how this is possible, but outside the office, Arrthik manages to combine his love for football (which can get quite tense and hot-blooded) with his always calm and collected personality. Nevertheless, it is not breaking news for us that he actually possesses superpowers – in the past, he lost 14 kg in a month and a half!

We asked him, which door would he choose, if he could open any door in the world. He says: President’s House, Colombo.

My Experience as a Klevio Intern

Written by Sam Prime, Klevio intern during Summer 2019.

As my first year of study at University came to an end and the thought of applying for placement years in September loomed, it occurred to me I had very little business related experience on my CV. Klevio granted me the chance to partake in a two-week internship at their office in London to allow myself the chance to gain some insight on how a start-up operates and develop more of a business acumen.
